Turrella is a suburb in southern Sydney. It is part of the Bardwell Valley and Wolli Creek area, with Wolli Creek running along its northern border. Turrella is surrounded by Earlwood, Bardwell Park, Bardwell Valley, Arncliffe and Wolli Creek.

Turrella has a combination of residential and light industrial areas. Its residential areas are a green and quiet place to live, and residents have easy access to Girrahween Park in Earlwood and through the park to the restaurants in Earlwood. Until 1996, Turrella was the home of the Streets Ice Cream factory.

The Wolli Creek Valley in Turrella is an extremely important piece of remnant bushland in the southern Sydney area. It was saved from bulldozers by the local community when the M5 South West Motorway was built under it instead of over it.

Turrella Station is on the East Hills Line of the Cityrail network. Turrella residents are also served by buses going to Rockdale, Campsie and through to Central Sydney.
